🌟 Bow and arrow
A bow is a bendy stick held taut by a string. The archer puts the arrow on the string and pulls it back, so the bow bends and stores energy, then lets go and the arrow shoots off fast.
🔍 The colorful target
The target is made of colored circles one inside another, with a small yellow circle in the middle. The closer the arrow hits to the center, the more points the archer scores.
💡 Archery among the Arabs
Arabs and Muslims valued archery greatly, the Prophet ﷺ encouraged learning it, and scholars wrote books on making bows and the art of shooting.
🎯 Safety first
Archers only shoot in special places under a coach's supervision, and never aim an arrow at anyone, even if the bow is a toy.
