🌟 The secret of flight

A Frisbee's curved shape is like an airplane wing, so the air lifts it as it flies. And its fast spin keeps it steady so it doesn't flip, just as a bike stays steady while it's moving.

🔍 How to throw it

Hold the disc's edge with your thumb on top and fingers underneath, bend your wrist and swing your arm across your chest, then let go with a quick flick of the wrist so it spins well.

💡 Frisbee games

There are organized Frisbee sports: a two-team game where players pass the disc until one catches it in the end zone, and disc golf, where players throw the disc into metal baskets.
