๐ Climbing champion
The leopard is a superb climber and goes up trees easily. It often drags its prey high into a tree and hides it among the branches so lions and hyenas can't steal it.
๐ A silent hunter
Leopards usually hunt at night, creeping up very quietly on their prey without it noticing, then suddenly pouncing.
๐ก Spots for hiding
A leopard's spots make it vanish among the shadows of leaves and grass, so other animals can't see it easily.
๐ฏ Living alone
Leopards like living alone in their own area and only meet others in the mating season. A mother stays with her cubs until they learn to hunt.
