Muhammad ﷺ is the last of the prophets and messengers, sent by God as a mercy to the worlds. He had the finest character: truthful, trustworthy, and kind to young and old and to animals. We love him, send blessings on him and follow his example.
وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَىٰ خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ🤩 Did you know?

🌟 His childhood
He was born in Makkah in the Year of the Elephant. His father Abdullah died before he was born, then his mother Aminah died when he was little, so he was cared for by his grandfather Abd al-Muttalib and then his uncle Abu Talib. As a boy he looked after sheep, and as a young man he worked in trade.
🔍 The Truthful, the Trustworthy
The people of Makkah called him “the Truthful, the Trustworthy” because he never lied, and they left their valuables with him. He married Khadijah, may God be pleased with her, who was the first to believe in him.
💡 The mission and the Hijrah
At forty, the revelation came to him in the cave of Hira. He called people to worship God alone and to good character, then migrated to Madinah, where its people welcomed him with joy, and built his mosque there.
🎯 His kindness to children
He ﷺ greeted children, joked with them and carried them. When his grandson climbed on his back while he prostrated, he stayed down longer so as not to disturb him. He used to say: “Whoever is not merciful to our young is not one of us.”
