🌟 A big course

A golf course is very big, usually with 18 holes, and each hole has a little flag showing where it is. Along the way there are hazards like ponds, sand bunkers and trees.

🔍 Different clubs

A golfer carries a bag with lots of clubs: some for long, powerful shots, some for short shots, and the flat putter for rolling the ball on the smooth grass near the hole.

💡 Less is best

In golf, unlike many sports, the winner is the one with the fewest strokes! Every stroke counts, and accuracy matters more than strength.

Golf began in Scotland hundreds of years ago, where the first organized club was founded and the first rules were written. Today Arab countries have beautiful golf courses that host international tournaments.
