🌟 Swimming strokes

There are four famous strokes: freestyle on your front, which is the fastest; backstroke; breaststroke, which is like a frog's movement; and butterfly, where the swimmer lifts both arms together above the water.

🔍 Breathing

A swimmer learns to put their face in the water and breathe out through their nose and mouth, then turn their head to the side to take a quick breath without stopping.

💡 Swimming is healthy

Swimming strengthens the heart and lungs, works all the body's muscles and doesn't strain the joints. And Islam encourages teaching children to swim.

🎯 Safety rules

Never swim alone, only with a grown-up or a lifeguard. Don't jump into water if you don't know how deep it is, don't run around the pool because the floor is slippery, and only swim in places meant for it.
