A Muslim is clean in body and clothes, at home and in the street. We do wudu for prayer, wash, brush our teeth and tidy our things. Cleanliness protects us from illness and makes people like being with us.

- The Prophet ๏ทบ said: โPurity is half of faithโ (reported by Muslim).
- A Muslim washes their face, hands and feet up to 5 times a day when doing wudu for each prayer.
- It's the Prophet's way to bathe on Friday and on Eid, and to wear your best clothes.
- Washing your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds removes most germs.

๐ A clean body
We wash our hands before and after eating, bathe and cut our nails. The Prophet ๏ทบ loved the siwak and said: โIf it were not too hard on my community, I would have told them to use the siwak at every prayer.โ
๐ Clean clothes and places
We wear clean clothes and put on perfume on Friday. We tidy our room and school things, and leave every place cleaner than we found it.
๐ก A clean street
The Prophet ๏ทบ said: โRemoving something harmful from the road is charity.โ So we throw rubbish in the bin, and move a stone or banana peel out of people's way so nobody falls.
๐ฏ A clean heart
There's a cleanliness we can't see: keeping our hearts clean of envy and hatred, wishing good for everyone, and forgiving those who wronged us.
